Patna: Teachers of two Catholic colleges in Patna are now undergoing a course on psycho-spiritual integration as part of innovative faculty development program.
The resource person Jesuit Father Tony Mattapalli, an expert in Neuro Neuro Linguistic Programming, has been trained at the Institute of Spiritual Leadership, Chicago Loyola University, Chicago, USA. He uses techniques pioneered by Jung and Freud to empower and enable psycho-spiritual integration through dreams analysis and personality types understanding.
The Jesuit managed St. Xavier’s College and St. Xavier’s College of Management and Technology have jointly organized a May 18-20 program. Participants also included professors from Patna Women’s College managed by the Apostolic Carmel Sisters.
The participants said they have found the program useful in generating freedom and growth.
The Jesuit management said such programs are part of their efforts to ensure continual renewal to unleash the power of all individuals collectively.
