Kothamangalam — Five school students died when a huge tree fell on the school bus in which they were returning home after the class on Friday evening.
The tragedy was reported from Kothamangalam in central Kerala’s Ernakulam district.
The police said the victims belonged to Vidya Vikas School, Kothamangalam, The Indian Express reported.
Eleven other students were seriously injured in the accident. The tree fell on the middle portion of the bus, trapping the children under it. One of the victim was an LKG student.
