(Cochin,Kerala): Fr. Roy Moothedath belonging to the The Rogationists of the Heart of Jesus (RCJ) passed away in a fatal accident in Angola in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
He was on his way to the Bishop house in Dundo with five other priests when the accident happened.
Fr. Roy originally hails from Udaymperoor parish of Ernakulam-Angamaly diocese in Kerala.
He completed his studies in Philosophy and Theology in Pontifical Institute of Theology and Philosophy, Aluva,Kerala .
Fr.Roy was ordained priest in 2012. He was working as a missionary in Angola from November 2015.
