Neyyattinkara: The Logos Pastoral centre in Viangamuri under the Diocese of Neyyattinkara in Kerala has been attacked by a group of people around five hundred. The incident happened early morning on April 10th.
It is reported that the centre was subjected to attack for singing Christian devotional songs on Monday evening.
Around 150 students of Class 12 belonging to the Religious Forum of the diocese were attending a residential camp when the incident happened. A priest and two nuns of the diocese were also with the students.
The miscreants pelted stones on the building , breaking the window panes of the Diocesan Education office . The gates to the property were also destroyed .
Neyyattinkara Police have registered a case and started their investigation. The officers said they have received clues about the attackers from eye witnesses.
