Sheikhpura, Pakistan: An employer in Pakistan on Monday chopped off hands of his worker for demanding salary.

The Dawn newspaper reported that four months ago Rana Israr had employed one Akram to look over his business. Akram waited for his salary for four months. He felt he was being cheated by Israr and finally demanded his salary.

Infuriated Israr chopped off the hands of the father of two children.

The victim approached District Police Officer who agreed to probe the case. The case is under investigation.

Meanwhile Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has sought a report on the incident from the district police officer. He also ordered that the victim be given the best treatment.

Earlier this year, an Indian employee’s hands were chopped off by her Saudi employer. Kasturi Munirathinam, 55, was later brought to India after the External Affairs Ministry intervened.
