Bhubaneswar: Xavier School of Communications of Xavier University Bhubaneswar, Bhubaneswar, Eastern India, will organize the second International Conference on “Role of Media in Democracy” on November 25-26, said Jesuit Father Lourdu Raj, dean of Xavier School of Communications.
More than 50 selected research papers will be presented by media professionals, academicians, research scholars and students, he added.
Participants will also have the opportunities of interacting with media professionals like Siddharth Varadarajan (Senior Journalist Wire.in), Partho Dasgupta (CEO, BARC), Krishna Prasad (former editor in chief of The Outlook and film director Prakash Jha and other media professionals.
