Patna, Sept 12, 2020: A Jesuit college in Patna, Bihar, has organized a webinar to help students and others tackle distractions during the coronavirus pandemic.
“Covid-19 pandemic is making disruptions the new normal,” said Anant Kasibhatla, memory coach and a Limca Book of Record holder, wile addressing the September 11 webinar organized by the National Service Scheme unit of St Xavier’s College of Management and Technology.
Kasibhatla, a professional speaker, corporate trainer and author offered a six-step process to reduce stress, increase focus and improve the learning process. The steps would boost efficiency and life would become easy, Kasibhatla told the program on “Memory 360: How to manage distractions during Covid times to get results effortlessly.”
Kasibhatla advised the virtual gathering of academicians and students to make study hours shorter, eliminate distractions and pay attention to active concentration “for better focus.”
College rector Jesuit Father Joseph Thadavanal, principal Father T Nishaant and NSS coordinator Ajay Kumar were among participants.
