Bengaluru: More than 100 participants from all over the world graduated in a Bible study on November 26.
The certificate course was on contextualized Biblical Hermeneutics. As many as 25 lectures by scholars from different Christian denominations were offered.
Participants attended the weekly discourses for almost seven months submitting essays based on the discourses.
The virtual valedictory program was conducted distributing certificates to the successful candidates.
The course was organized by the Ecumenical Christian Centre in Bengaluru.
“The course was a-25 lectures covering the whole New Testament seeking the relevance of the biblical text to the present-day context. We congratulate all who successfully completed the course,” Father Mathew Chandrankunnel, director of ECC,” told Matters India.
