Vision
To be a trusted and independent Indian source of news and views for building a transformed church and society based on peace with justice and other gospel values.

Mission
Matters India (MI) strives to be a platform to tell stories of church and society for Indians to think and act beyond their regional, linguistic, ritual, and caste differences and to enable them to see the goodness in others irrespective of their faiths.
Sharing and caring by providing stories of believers in other religions, cultures and socio-economic backgrounds in India and outside will be a priority of MI.
Highlighting positive trends instead of indulging in negativity will be a major aspect of the MI’s contributions.
Telling stories of people who see hope, love and godliness in poverty, disasters and tragedies will be of importance to MI, whose backbone is a group of committed professional journalists committed to church and society.
MI will tell people’s stories and make people understand and appreciate each other, and help them see beyond their differences that keep them apart, and work for common good.
MI will tell stories of ordinary people working in remote and interior parts of India and put them on a high pedestal so that their light will shine on others and will give glory to God, our creator, guide and sustainer.

  1. I saw an article by MK George about Xians becoming Islamophobics. Before publishing such pro left articles proper research and ground reality check to be done,
Not a single Xain has done any kind of violence or discrimination against Muslims. They have started to study Islamic materials and tried to explore reasons for destruction of Christianity from across middlle east. Xians started debating and defending his faith.
The people who defend Xians are well read, well travelled guys and not some naïve Xian priests from village.
Please do not publish such LKG level Leftists stuff of jesuits who are far removed from reality.
