Bollywood took to social media to express their grief.

Chandan Roy Sanyal, famous for his portrayal of Mikhail in Kaminey (2009), wrote on a social networking site, “A thorough gentleman, a purist, lovely human being, a comedian, humorist, foodie.”

I was always his fan since NUKKAD , grew up watching him in the 80’s classic , then I met him and got the opportunity to act with him in Aditya Bhattacharya’s film BMW (unreleased)

A thorough gentleman, a purist, lovely human being , a comedian , humorist, foodie. His home food used to be to die for which he shared with love , affection and care .He was brilliant and scintillating in a film called DUBAI RETURN which sadly never released. That film would have taken him to the dignified top league. His power of doing a comic villainy in it could be compared with the best in the world. He passed away today because of a cardiac arrest. May allah bless your soul sir. RIP RAZZAK KHAN sahab. Will miss you.
