Kohima: Nagaland Prayer Centre Church at Tsiemekhuma near Botsa under Kohima district was dedicated by Rev Dr DL Sanchu, president, Apostolic Ministries on April 25.

Speaking on the occasion, Rev Dr Sanchu was hopeful that this Nagaland Prayer Centre will become a “prayer city” one day. He said Nagaland Prayer Centre will pray for the Naga unity in the spirit of Christ Jesus for all Naga Political Groups and all church denominational groups to come together and pray for all the sections of Naga Nation as God has a purpose for the Naga people.

“Finally, Jesus Christ alone is the solution of Naga broken family. And our Nagaland Prayer Centre will continue to pray for the safety from the current COVID pandemic,” he said, while also sharing the Prayer Centre’s commitment to pray for all the Naga people as well all Nations around the globe for the fulfillment of the Great Commission of Christ Jesus,” Rev Dr Sanchu said.
House of Prayer for all Nations

Coined as a ‘House of Prayer for all Nations’, NPC stated that the Prayer Centre exists under the “Divine Revelation” with the specific purpose of God as confirmed through many renowned prophets that the Nagaland Prayer Centre will be the Spirit-filled Prayer Centre for all peoples that the Naga Prayer Warriors will occasionally assemble at this Nagaland Prayer Centre to pray with for five specific Prayer points such as: confess the sins of the Nagas for forgiveness (Neh 9:2, 1Sam.7:6), cast out devils in the Land (Mark 16:15-18), pray for the People of Nagaland (Isaiah 62:6, Joel 2:12-14), Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem (Psalms 122:6) and pray for all Nations (Mark 11:17, Psalms 86:9, Isaiah 2:2), then, God will Heal the land (2Chro.7:14) and fulfill His promise (Haggai 2:6-9).

Also speaking on the occasion, Kevise Sogotsu said the Nagaland Prayer Centre is for all and requested everyone, irrespective of denomination to come and pray for better and prosperous Nagaland.

Support and take this church as your own and make it Centre of blessings for one and ally, he said. Dr Kip Rio, Director & Founder IMTI Sovima also delivered a short speech.

Earlier, Neizole, Pastor Seiyhama CRC pronounced offertory prayer. The programme witnessed special number from Lazami Baptist Church, Seiyhama CRC and women prayer group of Sendenyu Baptist Church. The programme was moderated by Pfutsovi Metha, Pastor Nagaland Prayer Centre while of vote of thanks was proposed by Keviso Metha. Dr Ruokuolhou Angami & family sponsored the programme.
