New York: A book written by Emme Muniz, the 12-year-old daughter of Hollywood superstar Jennifer Lopez, will be released on September 29.

The Christian children’s book is entitled ‘Lord Help Me.’

Lopez, also known by her nickname J. Lo, is an American actress, singer, dancer, fashion designer, producer, and businesswoman.

Emme said she wrote the book with her nanny whom she usually prays with before bed.

The young writer told People Magazine that she’s been passionate about prayer since she was five-years-old and believes that prayer has helped her get though big and small challenges.

“I really hope children are able to learn to pray, share the book and spread the power of prayer after reading it,” she said.

Emme’s love from animals also shines through in the 40-page book. She said sloths are her favorite animals and wants to prevent them from becoming extinct by donating to sloth sanctuaries.

The book synopsis states: “We all have moments every day where we can use a little help. Some are small, like waking up for school or getting along with a sibling. Others are big, like helping to save the planet and all its creatures–especially sloths! But asking God for help always brings us the strength to get through anything. Emme Muñiz shares her own daily prayers to offer families a way to embrace the peace and power of everyday faith.”

In a statement announcing the book, Emme revealed, “In school I learned about sloths and how they’re facing extinction, so I began to pray for them in my nightly prayers… I wrote this book to help raise money to save sloths while also teaching other children how we can pray and ask for help—two things that bring me a lot of comfort.”

Lopez is mom to 12-year-old twins, Emme and Max. Emme’s book will be released in both English and Spanish editions.

Emme’s father is superstar singer Marc Anthony (Marco Antonio Muñiz). Her parents divorced June 16, 2014, with Lopez retaining primary physical custody of the two children.
